Abstract

The wall, a challenge, a friend, a mystery, nothingness, submerging, meeting what you planned, and much more. That silent dialogue, with thousands of voices that speak to you, elves, the magic of art, and the figures filling up with life, of your life that resounds mythical, beyond time and physical exhaustion and you feel small and a specimen of the last muralists of your species, who are in extinction, that and much more is what he says when he declares "I am a muralist by profession", Mauro Rodriguez at 66 years old, remembers how from his four, for him contemplation had a magical sense: to observe the movements, to be moved, to draw. When he arrives at school he is moved by historical events and grows up admiring the art of cinema and its protagonists, all of which serves as inspiration for him to draw.
