The influence of India on Ricardo Gueiraldes: his cosmic conception
Abstract
The Argentinean Ricardo Güiraldes produced a work that is distinguished by the subject matter related to his land, the pampas and the customs of its inhabitants. However, he has an almost hidden facet which is his affinity with Hindu philosophy. This spirituality led him to a globalized conception of the Universe and, within it, of man. The sense of harmony between macrocosm and microcosm will consist of what he experiences as a concept of planetary unityDownloads
