The epoje and the reduction as access to transcendental life

Abstract

This article is intended to give a presentation critical review of the epoche and reduction as modes of access to transcendental life of consciousness. It is our primary intention to show the difference that Husserl himself down between these two concepts and have a discussion with the formulation and approach of the leading scholars of the subject. We also show how notions of epoche and reduction are possible only if we assume before a reformulation of the traditional sense of immanence and transcendence, thus being a clear improvement phenomenology of modern dualism.
